Melanie brings a warm smile and a wealth of healthcare experience to our front desk.

With a background as a Sleep and Respiratory Therapist and Medical Imaging Assistant, she understands what patients need before they even have to ask.

When you call or visit the clinic, Melanie is often the first person you’ll connect with. She has a genuine gift for making patients feel comfortable and informed, whether she’s scheduling your appointment, answering questions, or simply greeting you with a friendly hello. Her years of hands-on patient care have taught her that sometimes the most important part of healthcare is simply feeling heard and supported.

Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Psychology at Curtin University, Melanie is committed to continuous learning and bringing the best possible service to every patient interaction. When she’s not at the front desk keeping everything running smoothly, you might find her baking, travelling or studying.
