Darya is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, bringing over 10 years of dedicated experience working with children and families in various roles.
Her practice is informed by evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Darya provides comprehensive psychological services to clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults. She addresses a range of presentations, such as autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, attention deficit concerns, intellectual disabilities, and general parenting concerns.
Darya is proficient in a variety of assessments, including cognitive, learning, and functional behavioural assessments. She has a special interest in supporting parents during the perinatal period and is well-versed in working within an attachment focused framework.
Her approach is collaborative, working closely with families and other allied health professionals to support her clients in achieving their goals. Darya is also highly skilled in training and supporting teachers and other individuals involved in her clients’ care network.
