Darin Cairns
Clinical Psychologist | Clinic Director
Darin Cairns has over 17 years experience in treating children, adults and families for a range of psychological disorders. He has specialised in emotional, neurological and developmental disorders. Clinically, Darin has expertise in child, adolescent, family therapy and developmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders. He also has extensive experience in adult mood disorders and works as a single expert witness.

Rachel Gallagher
Educational and Developmental Psychologist | Clinical Psychologist | Clinic Director
Rachel Gallagher is an AHPRA endorsed Educational and Developmental Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of experience working with children and adolescents with developmental disability. Rachel has expertise in the assessment and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and special needs. She also specialises in working with children and adolescents with anxiety disorders. Rachel adheres to only assessments, treatments and interventions that are supported by evidenced based research promoting the best outcomes for her clients.

Sharon Jeyabalan
Clinical Psychologist
Sharon Jeyabalan is registered as an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and has over 9 years experience working with children and families with a variety of needs including children with trauma and attachment difficulty backgrounds as well as adolsecents with significant mental health difficulties. Sharon was trained to utilise a range of assessment tools including cognitive and educational.

Katherine Smith
Registered Psychologist
Katherine Smith is a Psychologist, registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, with over 12 years experience working with children, adults and families exerinecing mental health difficulties such as ADHD, autism, depression and anxiety. Katherine also has experience in various positions working within the Department of Child Protection, the Department of Corrective Services and within supported accommodation for individuals with psychiatric disabilities, adopting a rehabilitative approach.

Darya Abolenzeva
Registered Psychologist
Darya is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Darya's practice is informed by evidenced based therapies such as ABA, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Louisa Godwin
Registered Psychologist
Louisa is a psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, with over 6 years of experience working with children, adults and families with various presenting difficulties. She has experience facilitating group work with both children with social skills difficulties and anxiety as well as adults presenting with symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. The assessments and treatments Louisa uses in sessions are supported by evidence-based research including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Amour Stanes
Provisionally Registered Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner
Amour is a provisionally registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, having over 10 years experience working with children, teenagers and adults with Autism and their families. Amour recently completed her Masters of Psychology (Professional) and is currently fulfilling the requirements for her internship year to become a registered psychologist. She completed placement as a school psychologist, conducting assessments for behavioural, cognitive and learning disorders. She conducted functional behavioural assessments to assist with classroom interventions and supported teachers with developing appropriate goal orientated individual education plans. She conducted professional learning for teachers in understanding behaviour within a classroom setting. She also provided direct counselling to students and staff using Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT), Interpersonal Therapy (ITP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Jo Holland
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Jo holds a Bachelor of Science with Upper Second Class Honours in psychology from the University of Kent and a Postgraduate Certificate in Behaviour Analysis from the University of North Texas. She has worked with the team at the Charles Street Clinic for the past 3 years in a number of roles including a Developmental Therapist and Case Manager with the Early Intervention Team and a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the clinical team. Prior to her work at the clinic, Jo worked teaching individuals with autism spectrum disorders in the UK.
